Q: Hey do you accept walk-ins?

A: Unfortunately we do not accept walk-ins. We are ticket based.

Q: I'm running late !! What should I do?

A: Do not worry scientist we understand due to traffic in Houston you can be stuck. Once you arrive please check-in and come into the laboratory find a seat. ​​

Q: How is the seating?

A: We are a first come first served our tables hold 4 chairs per table. We encourage your party to arrive on time that way everyone can be seated together. If you have a party of 5 or more of course someone that is in your party will be seated just not at the same table. You will still enjoy the experience. ​

Q: How long is the experience?

A:The experience is 1.5 hours long but can extend to 2 hours depending on size.
